Frequently Asked Questions

The straight answers: plans, the trial, refunds, privacy, and what Jobzoo can and can't promise.

How does Jobzoo work?

You build a profile and a Persona once — your resume, experience, and preferences, with your standard screening answers written in your voice. Jobzoo then scans millions of jobs across job boards and company career pages every day, tailors applications to the matches, and submits them in your name. Everything submitted is recorded in your dashboard.

What's included in the free plan?

Your first month is free. It includes 5 matched jobs a day from pre-vetted listings, applying to the matches you like, 2 cover letters, a dashboard to track every application, and free use of the resume builder and ATS checker. Your resume is sent as-is during the free month — per-role tailoring is a paid-plan feature. No card is required. When the month ends, new matches stop until you choose a paid plan — your dashboard and everything in it stay yours to view.

What's the difference between Unlimited and Autopilot?

Control and tailoring. On Unlimited ($29.99/month), every application waits in your queue for a swipe of approval before it sends, and your cover letter is tailored to each role. On Autopilot ($39.99/month), applications send automatically — and both your resume and your cover letter are tailored to every single application.

How does the Autopilot free trial work?

Autopilot starts with a 5-day free trial. It converts to the paid monthly plan when the 5 days end — or at the moment your 11th application is submitted, whichever comes first — unless you cancel before then. Cancel inside the trial and you are charged nothing. One free trial per person.

Can I stop mid-month?

No. Paid plans bill monthly in advance. You can turn off auto-renew in a couple of clicks, and that stops the next charge, but the current paid month does not stop early or get refunded; you keep full access until its paid-through date.

Can I get a refund?

Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refundable, including the first period charged after a trial converts — that's why the trial exists. If you were charged because of a genuine error on our side (a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, a wrong amount), contact us and we'll put it right. The full policy is on the refund policy page.

Will employers know I used a service?

Applications are submitted in your name, with your information, to the employer's own posting — the same application you would send yourself, prepared and filed by Jobzoo under your authorization. Employers see your application; your dashboard shows you everything that was sent.

What information do you need from me — and is it sold?

We need your resume, work history, preferences, and the answers your Persona is built from; applications are generated entirely from what you provide, and we never invent credentials or experience. We do not sell your personal information. Details are in the privacy policy and Your Privacy Choices.

Can I see what has been sent in my name?

Yes — that's the point of the dashboard. Every application, resume version, cover letter, and screening answer is listed with its status, on every plan including free.

Do you guarantee interviews or a job?

No — and be wary of any service that does. Employers make their own decisions, and no applicant-side service can promise outcomes. What Jobzoo guarantees is the work: broad daily searching, honest tailoring from your real experience, and applications actually submitted and tracked.

Which job sites do you apply on?

The major job boards and, importantly, thousands of individual company career pages — where many postings live exclusively. If a posting is public, it's a candidate for your queue.

How is Jobzoo different from LinkedIn Easy Apply?

Easy Apply is a one-click button inside LinkedIn. It sends your profile and resume as-is — no cover letter, no answers to the employer's own screening questions — and it only exists on the LinkedIn postings that offer it. Auto-apply tools built on it just fire that same one-click application faster. Jobzoo takes the opposite route: it searches LinkedIn, the major job boards, and thousands of company career pages, then applies through the employer's own application — your resume, a cover letter tailored to the role on paid plans, and screening answers written from your Persona, in your voice. On Unlimited you approve every application before it sends, Jobzoo never sends competing duplicate applications to the same company, and every submission is recorded in your dashboard with proof. Your application arrives complete, not as one more one-click tap in the pile.
